Our new facility was completed in December 1999. We moved in to our new offices and jail in January of 2000. Our office houses Garfield County Sheriff's Office, Jail Administration, Utah Highway Patrol, Educational Staff and Inmate Placement Program Workers.

We jumped from a 15 bed facility at our prior location to a 112 bed facility at present. Garfield County encompasses over 5400 square miles. We employee 25 Corrections Officers and 6 Law Enforcement Deputies.
